Cottage on two floors with a terrace facing the lagoon. Meadow and lagoon right in front of you! All rooms are oriented towards the lagoon.

On the first floor, kitchen and dining area, shower and toilet. The kitchen has a stove with an oven, a refrigerator, and a microwave. By the window, there is a comfortable armchair for relaxing, which, if necessary, folds out for sleeping.

On the second floor there are two rooms: a living room and a private bedroom. In the living room, there is a new comfortable extendable corner and a folding armchair. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and an extendable armchair, a washbasin with a mirror.

There is air conditioning, free parking for two cars, Wifi, cable TV, barbecue and spits.

Comfortable for 4 people (max. 4 adults + 2 children). There are steep stairs!

Repairs were carried out in 2022, all furniture was renewed.
Prices:

  • April - May: 70-100 EUR / day
  • June: 90 - 150 EUR / day
  • July - August: 150 - 180 EUR/day
  • September from 70 EUR/day
  • October - negotiable price

The price depends on the number of people and the duration of the reservation.

The studio apartment is located in the very center of Nida, within easy reach of all cafes, shopping center, and Nida pier.
The apartment has a wide double bed and a pull-out sofa bed, a mini-kitchen with all the necessary utensils, a stove, a small refrigerator and a microwave, there is WIFI, a comfortable dining table.
It is most comfortable for up to 4 people (2 adults and 2 children).
