The apartment is located in a perfect place - 1 km straigth to the blue flag beach - it is 15-20 minutes of pleasant walk along the tidy and picturesque paths of Ventspils through the fitness park, open-air museum, Ventspils seaside park with a large children's playground and Ventspils Aquapark.

The house is located near Lemberg entertainment mountain. The park and bike path begins right at the building. The nearest shop is 50 m away.

37 m2 quadruple apartment is just renovated, new furniture, new equipment (washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, kettle, hair dryer, iron, vacuum cleaner).

The apartment has a large wardrobe, a large balcony, where you can feel free to drink coffee and admire the pine forest.

The apartment has new comfortable couch (Lithuanian and Latvian manufacturing).

Blankets are 100% cotton, so it will not be a hot bed, 2 pillows are standard, and other 2 - anatomical.
