Apartment is on the 1st floor. 25m distance to the lagoon, to the Baltic Sea - 1500m, to the city center - 400m.

Living room - bedroom (21 sq. m.) suites for 4 persons. There are two large double sofa-beds, a large wardrobe, coffee table, iron with ironing board, satellite TV.

Kitchen - dining room (12 sq. m.): new kitchen equipment, refrigerator, gas stove, el. kettle, crockery, pots and other gadgets.

Bath-room: sink, shower and toilet.

Outdoor patio is a place to rest outside. There are outdoor furniture, view to the lagoon, place for barbeque.

In the yard - free of charge parking place.
