We offer wooden holiday homes and cottage type rooms that have separate/private entrances and include all the comforts needed. We are located in a quiet, calm area away from the busy hustle of traffic going through the town.
- In the holiday homes all the comforts and services are present.
- Outside, outdoor furniture is present and a grill for a barbecue is also available of need be.
- There is also a trampoline and swings in the area to keep the child’s busy.
- The vacationers comfort there are small terraces to sit down and relax with your friends or family.
- There is space to leave your vehicle right beside your occupied holiday home at no extra cost.
- The holiday homes can hold up to 6 people.
- In the holiday homes there is a shower, toilet, fridge, crockery and a TV present.

- The beach „Beždžioniu tilto"- 500 metres or 8 minutes of walking.
- We are 100 metres away from Šventosios river (brilliant place for fishing).
- 2 minutes away from the old Šventosios market.
- We are 5 minutes away from "IKI" shopping centre, the bus stop and the central Kopų road.
PRICES
- House and room prices for rent- from 45 to 80 euro per night. The price will reflect on the amount people and how long they will be staying.
EXTRA FACILITIES
- Bed linen set for rent price- 3 euro. Vacationers can bring their own bed linen.
- A extra baby bed is available if needed.
- Towel sets are also available for rent- 2.50 euro.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
- Houses and rooms are reserved in advance. A deposit for 1 night must be transacted to a specified account.
- On arrival, the whole sum of money still owed for the remaining nights must be payed.
- The deposit must be payed within 24 hours of the booking date.
- When the transaction is recieved the payer will be notified by SMS if the mobile number is specified.
- If the reservation is cancelled or the vacationers don’t arrive, the deposit is not returned.
- Children below the age of 1 are accepted for free.
- Pets are accepted under a separate agreement.
- Reservations are recommended to be carried out as soon as possible.
ARRIVAL CONDITIONS
- Guests are welcomed and recorded from 14:00.
- The remaining amount of money owed is payed before settling in.
LEAVING CONDITIONS
- All registered departure must be carried out before 11:00.
- If the vacationers rest period is reduced the money is not returned.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- All payments must be carried out with cash (euros), debit cards are not accepted.
- Resorts silence time is from 23:00 to 07:00.
- vacationers with pets are accepted only if the individual assures that the pet is well behaved.
